  • Služby a personál to platí pre recepciu.!! I Izby, čistota všetko perfektné. Personál a služby v reštaurácii a počas "rautu" mizerné!!!!! Nie je možné, aby ubytovaní hostia sa večer nemali kde najesť, tak to bolo 9..12.2022 vo vašom zariadení. A 10.12.2022 sme sedeli na terase a v zime. !!! MUDr. Dušan Lipták

  • Co musím absolutně vyzvednout je personál - jak v restauraci, tak i na recepci. Vstřícně, rychle, perfektně vždy vše vyřízeno k úplné spokojenosti. Telefonicky i osobně se dá doptat, domluvit na prakticky všem. Snídaně skvělé, čerstvé, výběr velký. Pokoje jsou čisté a prostorné.

  • Wellness je staršího data a za cenu, za kterou je nabízeno privátní wellness to prozatím nestojí. Ovšem 1 hodina denně ve "veřejných" hodinách pro ubytované hosty je v ceně pokoje a využít se určitě dá. Televize na pokoji jsou starší a prosí také o výměnu. Ocenila bych i delší otevírací dobu restaurace/baru.
